Паркинг бесплатный. Даже в выходные дни были свободные места. Душ 3, стиралка не знаю. Воды набрать можно. Рядом много магазинов и KFC.
Всё описанное соответствует.Но. Обратите внимание на время работы душевой и стиралки. душ до 19.30 , а стиралка до 18.45. всем удачи
Отлично, ещё и заборчиком огорожен! На дату отзыва, пустой паркинг.

На состояние 16 сентября 2023 года паркинг бесплатно, на вых с 40-50 мест занято в его 6 мест, так что ребята паркинг норм, есть туалет, ну туалет не очень но пойдёт
отличный паркинг,пока что бесплатно,рядом магазин с большим выбором морепродуктов
